Alberto Alemanno, the scientific director of the academy, will then select the candidates in consultation with the invited faculty.
The cost of tuition for the full 1-week program has been fixed at € 2280 (VAT not included).
Registration fees for the summer academy cover all academic programs as well as daily coffee breaks and lunches at the four-star Hotel Igeretxe. A number of scholarships will be offered to Ph.D candidates and post-doctoral researchers to assist with enrolment fees. Please note that accomodation and transportation from/to the airport is not covered.
Upon acceptance to the program, applicants will receive an invoice with a reference number. Payments may be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the invoice.
Payments of tuition fees need to be done within 3 weeks upon reception of your admission letter to the program. You will not be considered as registered if your payment arrives after that date.
In the event of cancellation before 1 of May, 95% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded. After that date and before the start of the program, 55% of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refund will be given after the start of the program.
